Shipment
Terms |
All
items will be shipped at a total flat rate no matter the quantity ordered. Accessories will be shipped for $15.00, handguns will be shipped for $30.00,
and long guns will be shipped for $60.00.
Heavy weight items and extra insurance are extra.
All firearms must be sent to a Firearms Licensee
per Federal Law. |

All items on this
website are offered only on the understanding that you
are willing to comply with all laws governing their purchase, ownership,
and use. By buying, you are certifying that you are
of legal age and meet all requirements, restrictions or regulations
concerning the purchase and possession of these products. |
Money Back
Guarantee |
All new items are covered by the
manufacturer's warranty. Review the
manufacturer's description for the
return instructions. If your used item does not function as
designed, we will first repair it, then replace it or offer a refund. You
must first contact us prior to returning your item. Due to safety reasons,
there are no returns of firearms or ammunition. |
Layaway
Method |
Full payment is required to order any
non-stocked item or to place a stocked item on layaway. Sales tax will
be collected upon acquisition of your item, which must be made within 30
days. Failure to pick up your item within 30 days, or a denied
response to your NICS background check, will result in a 25% restocking fee. |
Transfer
Policy |
A $30 fee is charged for each incoming transfer that we did not order.
Those items not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited, unless special
arrangements have been made with us prior. Each outgoing transfer is $30 plus the appropriate shipping
cost
per the Shipment Terms. NFA transfers have been discontinued. |

Practice |
From time to time, we will
run a special sale on certain items. All sales will be on in-stock items
only. Previously ordered or purchased products will not be part of the sale.
We make every effort to list items at the advertised sale price. Any typographical errors inconsistent with those prices will not be honored. |
