Sales Terms
Payment Options	We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card by mail, email or telephone. Click here for our address & phone number. There is NO extra charge for CC payments. We also accept Money Orders, Cash and Checks. There will be a 7 day wait for personal checks prior to shipment and a $30 bank fee for insufficient funds.
Shipment Terms	Firearms may only be shipped to a licensed dealer at a flat rate of $20.00 and upon a receipt of a faxed or mailed FFL copy. We ship handguns via USPS Priority Mail and long guns via UPS or FedEx Ground. Ammunition is sent via UPS Ground and the rate is based on the quantity purchased. Accessories are shipped using the carrier of our choice at a $5.00 flat rate.
Sales Agreement	These firearms and ammunition are offered only on the understanding that you are willing to comply with all laws governing their purchase, ownership, use, safe storage and handling. By buying, you are certifying that you are of legal age and meet all requirements, restrictions or regulations concerning the purchase and possession of the firearm and ammunition.
Layaway Policy	A 25% initial payment on in stock merchandise will layaway your item. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days or the initial payment will be forfeited. This policy does not apply to auction items.
Money Back Guarantee	All new firearms are covered by the manufacturer's warranty during their specified period. Review the manual supplied with your firearm for the return instructions. We will gladly return the firearm for you to the manufacturer, sans shipping costs. If your used firearm does not function as designed, we will first repair it, then replace it or offer a refund.
Deposit Policy	A 50% deposit is required to order any non-stocked firearm. The remaining balance is to be paid within 30 days. If you wish to cancel your order, your deposit will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee.
Storage Fee	A $1 storage fee per firearm per day will be accessed in excess of 60 days for handguns, starting from the time that we receive your firearm. A $1 storage fee per firearm per day will be accessed in excess of 30 days for long guns, starting from the time that we receive your firearm.
Transfer Fee	A $40 fee is charged for incoming transfers that we did not order. Each additional firearm transferred at the same time will cost $20 each. A $15 state mandated NICS fee and 7% sales tax are extra. All outgoing transfers will be charged at the same rate plus shipping costs, sans the NICS.
